About Grandview II at Riverwalk

More than just a home,  Grandview II has become a way of life for all those who desire city living without being in the city.  It defines that new lifestyle; the mix of work and play in a contemporary setting with everything at your fingertips.  The draw for many buyers is its proximity to NYC and its many transportation options.  Home is a community built around its restaurants, shopping and the many amenities all at your front door.

Built by Hovnanian Enterprises in 2007, just after the completion of its sister community Grandview at Riverwalk, Grandview II improved on the successes of Grandview and made its new community even better.  The building looks identical to its older counterpart from the exterior, but on the interior they made the footprint between the 2 wings of the building further apart giving far more view space to the courtyard amenity area.  The pool area is larger, the outdoor lounging and seating area is larger and the space between the north and south wing of the building is almost double in space, thus giving the illusion of a much larger NYC viewing corridor on all east facing units.  In fact, Grandview II is larger with 173 residences.  The community room is 3 times the size as in Grandview, with a large conference room and business center, a billiards room/TV lounge room, a more updated fitness center, and like Grandview, an underground parking garage that is accessible from all three elevator banks.

There is 24-hour concierge service, and of course, there is access to the same stores  and shopping including A&P Fresh, Ben & Jerry’s, Starbucks, a bank, dry cleaners, liquor store, nail salon, and Son Cubano Restaurant, with its beautiful city views and outdoor patio directly on the Hudson River Walkway.

With its tree lined streets and promenade and ideal location  near the Port Imperial Ferry, Grandview II has become a destination lifestyle community.  Grandview II at Riverwalk puts the homeowner at the center of a prestigious district of luxury residences, waterfront promenades and upscale retail shopping.

Of course, the most extraordinary amenity at Grandview II is is the world famous New York City skyline - a glittering panorama reflected in the waters of the Hudson River and brought to life every evening as the changing sunsets casts the most beautiful and dramatic light show of ten thousand glistening lights.

One bedroom units are between 849 - 871 square feet and 1 bedrooms with dens are 1,127 square feet.  The 2 bedroom/2 bath units range from 1,273 to 1,386 square feet with a few end units up to 1,753 square feet.  Multiple 3 bedroom and 2 bath residences range from 1,644 to 1,848 square feet with 1 penthouse at over 3,000 square feet.  Most of the 3 bedroom residences face east through the courtyard with direct NYC views.  There are  a number of different floor plans with a wide variety of apartments and layouts.

The finishes in these units are exquisite and include designer flooring and cabinetry, granite counters and some with upgraded appliances packages including Sub-Zero and Viking appliances.  All fixtures and hardware are polished brass.

Transportation Options:

Edgewater's many shopping centers including City Place are only 2 miles north of the complex .
